Golden Beef Floss

Set the pot to boil the seasoning water, add pepper, star anise, and fennel to cook for the color.

The meat on the beef leg, the muscular one, should have as little fascia as possible. Fat meat is definitely not good! Rinse the water, put it in the boiling seasoning water, boil for 3 minutes, remove it, and rinse the surface with cold water.
