Golden Bubu Cake

The steamed pumpkin is pressed into a puree, if it does not feel delicate, you can use a cooking machine to make a paste and noodles.

Add flour to the pumpkin puree to make the dough together. There is a big difference in the water content of pumpkins, so don't add water.

Steam on high heat for 25 minutes. Don't rush to boil the pot after steaming, simmer for about 5 minutes first, otherwise cold air will cause the food to harden or shrink.
