Golden Carrot Noodles

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin slices, and steam them in a pot.

Put the carrots in a fresh-keeping bag, press them into small pieces with a rolling pin, and put them in a food processor to puree them.

Add the carrot puree to the flour little by little (you can add water if you don't have enough), stir into flakes, and knead into a dough.

Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into small pieces, take one into the noodle machine, press it into the dough, press at least 2 times, the more you press, the stronger it is.

Place the noodles on the previous stall and press them into noodles, all made into noodles.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring to a boil, add the noodles and cook.

Tips:
1. When mixing the noodles, add carrot puree bit by bit. If there is not enough water, the noodles should be harder.
2. If there is no noodle machine, use a rolling pin to roll into noodles and cut into strips. Pay attention to sprinkle some noodles on the noodles to prevent sticking together.
