Golden Cordyceps and Yam Chicken Soup

Cut the old chicken into pieces, put an appropriate amount of water in a pot to boil, boil the chicken pieces to remove the blood, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Peel the yam, wash it, and cut into small pieces for later use.

Put the soaked golden cordyceps, wolfberry, red dates and candied dates in the stew pot.
