Golden Corn Pan

Peel fresh corn.

Put the small pot in water, put the corn kernels in, and cook through the heat.

Drain the water after cooking.

Sprinkle with cornstarch, the thing to note here is that every kernel of corn must be covered with starch.

Heat the pan and put a little oil in the pan. Put the corn in and squeeze it with a spatula to make the corn and the corn kernels adhere to each other.

Tips:
1. Be patient, slow frying on low heat is better.
2. Use a small mold to fry, it looks better.
3. It is not advisable to fry for a long time, otherwise the corn kernels will become very hard if they lose moisture.
