Golden Ear Lotus Seed Soup

Soak golden ears in warm water until soft, break into small flowers, remove the roots, put in a casserole, add water, heat, boil, turn to low heat and simmer until transparent

Wash the peeled lotus seeds twice, put them in the pot, and simmer the golden ears at the same time until the lotus seeds are soft

Add rock sugar and simmer until all melted
