Golden Egg Fried Rice

Take the yolk of two eggs and mash them for later use.

Pour the oil in the hot pan, shake the pan to cover the surface of the pan with the oil, then pour out the excess oil, pour the rice into the pan, press the pressure, be sure to pound the rice lumps apart, and then stir fry.

The bottom of the pan will be a little sticky, you can pour a little cooking oil along the side of the pan and continue to stir fry.

Tips:
