Golden Flatbread

Yeast, baking powder, and sugar are dissolved in warm water, add a small amount of flax oil and noodles, and let it rise for about ten minutes.

Add sugar, sesame, and flax oil to the red bean paste and knead into balls! (Use the time for sowing the noodles to make it)

The dough is well proofed and knead it into a smooth dough!

When rolling, try not to roll the middle (the middle is very thick)

Prepare raw sesame seeds and clean water! Red bean paste (the red bean paste is heated in the microwave for a minute and a half, so there is no need to wake up again 😄)

Just like buns, pack the meatballs (red bean paste), close the mouth and leave some (pictured)

Use your hand to close the bun (the little bit left), dip the bottom of the bun in clean water, and put it directly into the raw sesame bag, so that the bottom is dipped in sesame seeds! Then press it hard with your hands (use the pressing process to tease away the excess sesame seeds)

After all the pancakes are done, put them in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Put the steamed pancakes on the chopping board to cool

Pour a bowl of flax oil into the pot and heat it up (70% to 80% hot), add the steamed pancakes and fry them until golden brown, and take them out (because the pancakes are cooked, just use the color 😄)
