Golden Fried Rice

Prepare all the ingredients, mince the kidney beans, dice carrots and bell peppers, and take out the egg yolks (don’t need egg whites).

Heat up a wok, add a proper amount of oil, add the kidney beans and stir-fry for later use.

Stir-fry the shrimp and serve.

Turn off the fire, pour the cold rice into the pan while the pan is hot, add the egg yolk and stir-fry.

Add all the ingredients and stir fry, and finally add salt and pepper and stir fry evenly.
6.
A plate of fragrant golden fried rice is just fine.
Tips:
Remember to turn off the fire, pour the rice and egg yolks into the pot and stir-fry them before turning on the fire. P/s: You can put your favorite ingredients, such as corn, bowl of beans, green onions or others.
