This is a simple and nutritious fast-handed fried rice. Basically, the ingredients can be eaten raw. Carrots are fried in oil and the nutrition is more conducive to absorption. "

Golden Fried Rice

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Chop carrots, cucumbers and ham

3. Put the beaten eggs in the pan until the oil
