Golden Fried Rice on The Cloud
1.
Separate the egg whites from the yolk, chop the shallots, and boil the green beans. Stupid eggs are relatively small, so I use three, and two ordinary eggs are fine.
2.
Pour the egg yolks into the rice and stir well
3.
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white to get rid of the fishy
4.
Add a teaspoon of sugar when you hit the six to distribute, and continue to beat until stiff foaming
5.
Put tin foil on the baking tray, spread the egg whites with a spatula, and preheat the upper tube to 150 degrees and the lower tube to 200 degrees. Bake the middle layer for 8 minutes. Don't take too long, it will turn into a burning cloud after a long time.
6.
Heat the pan with cold oil, put the mixed rice in the pan and stir fry with salt
7.
Add green onion and green peas when it is about to fry, stir-fry well and take out.
8.
Put the baked egg whites on the plate. It turns out that removing the tin foil is a bit difficult. The egg whites are best to be baked directly on a heat-resistant plate.
9.
Finally, just pour the golden fried rice on top of the clouds, and add soup and fruit to make a good breakfast.
