Golden Hook Rape

Wash the golden hook and soak it softly.

Wash the rapeseed and cut it open.

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and oil.

Add the rapeseed and blanch it.

Scald until the rape is dead, and remove the code plate. The residual temperature of rapeseed will further ripen it.

Pour the soft golden hook and soaking water into the pot.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Bring to a boil, add salt and MSG to taste.

Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

Simmer until the gorgon juice gelatinizes, then turn off the heat.

Pour it evenly on the rapeseed and serve. Serve and eat.
Tips:
1. Don't throw away the water used to soak the golden hook, use it to boil the juice.
2. When the rapeseed is blanched, don't overheat it.
