Golden Horsehead Fish

Buy horsehead fish, wash it, put a few tablespoons of salt for ten minutes

Fry in a non-stick pan to avoid sticking to the bottom. Heat oil in the pot, use more oil

Fry on one side until golden and then turn the other side to fry. Fry it back and forth until it is evenly cooked. When the fish head is crispy, you can drain the oil and pick it up and serve it on a plate.
