Golden Needle Frozen Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut frozen tofu into small pieces for later use.

3. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

4. Wash the shimeji mushroom and cabbage separately and drain the water.

5. Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the shimeji mushrooms.
