Golden Needle Frozen Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut frozen tofu into small pieces for later use.

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Wash the shimeji mushroom and cabbage separately and drain the water.

Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the shimeji mushrooms.

Tips:
1. Put the purchased tofu in a fresh-keeping bag and put it into the freezer compartment of the refrigerator to become frozen tofu.
2. If you don't eat spicy food, you don't need the hot pot bottom material.
3. Don't put the enoki mushrooms too early, they will stuff your teeth when cooked for a long time.
