Golden Needle Fungus Snow Pear Soup

After soaking the black fungus with water, wash off the sediment and set aside.

After removing the roots of the enoki mushrooms, rinse them in water and set aside.

Slice the lean meat, blanch it in boiling water and wash off the blood.

Peel the Sydney pear, wash, core and cut into pieces for later use. (If it's fresh Sydney, don't need to peel it)

Put the Sydney pear, enoki mushroom, black fungus, and lean meat into the electric pressure cooker.

Add four jujubes and a piece of tangerine peel, and add appropriate amount of water.

Cover the electric pressure cooker, turn on the power, select the "meat" function, and put the electric pressure cooker to work.

After the electric pressure cooker has finished working and relieved the pressure, it is ready to be eaten after adding an appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
This dish should not be used with heavy flavors such as ginger and aniseed.
