This is a golden noodle cake with a soft and waxy texture. It is a snack that my baby loves. It can also be a staple food or a snack!

Ingredients

Golden Noodle Cake

1. The black currants are cleaned.

2. The carrots are juiced with a little water.

3. Add baking powder.

4. Add granulated sugar, mix well and melt.

5. Sift in the flour.

6. Stir until there is no dry powder.

7. Use a spoon to put it in a high-temperature abrasive tool.

8. Put black currants on top.

9. Put cold water into the pot and steam for about 25 minutes, then it will be out of the pot.

Tips:

If there is less water in the carrot, the juice will be brighter. In the same way, it can be fermented into a pudding, and the taste is good.
