Golden Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Steamed pumpkin and purple sweet potato are set aside.

Add a suitable amount of sugar to the purple sweet potato and press it into a puree with a spoon.

Add appropriate amount of milk powder and mix well.

Knead the purple sweet potato mash into small balls and put them in the refrigerator for setting.

Add an appropriate amount of pumpkin puree after drying to room temperature into the bread flour, an egg, an appropriate amount of yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Mix into a slightly softer gnocchi and drizzle with corn oil.

Knead it until it is out of the film and make it double the size.

Divide the pumpkin dough into 10 small noodles.

Pack pre-made purple sweet potato balls.

Knead round and ferment twice again, place it on top with a fork, and sprinkle with dry powder to decorate.

Put it in the oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
