Wash the small pumpkin and cut out a lid as shown in the picture. The zigzag pumpkin lid is more difficult to cut and requires strength and stamina. If you want something simpler, just cut a circle. Then hollow out the melon seed core inside to make a pumpkin cup. Wash and set aside.

Cut cucumber, fruit radish, and colored pepper into small cubes. Put a small amount of oil in the pot and pour the small diced rice into the pot and stir fry. After the color changes, add the rice. Fry until the rice grains are distinct. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to a pot of fried rice to complete the pot. (Actually, the ingredients for fried rice can be set by yourself, Yangzhou fried rice, meat or bacon fried rice is fine, because I cook breakfast for my children, and I have to consider lightness and nutrition, so I only choose vitamin-rich vegetables for fried rice).
