The rustling salted egg yolk is wrapped with fresh and tender shrimps. The deliciousness is greatly improved. If you like to eat shrimps, you must try it!

Golden Sand Shrimp

1. The salted egg yolk is sprayed with white wine to remove the smell, steamed and crushed for later use.

2. Shell the shrimp and take the sand line.

3. Shrimp open back.

4. Use a paper towel to absorb the moisture from the shrimp.

5. Add salt, cooking wine, white pepper, egg white and starch to the shrimp and marinate evenly for 5 minutes.

6. The shrimp is coated with starch.

7. Put oil in the pan, boil open and add the shrimps, fry them until golden brown and pick them up.

8. Put it in the frying pan again and fry it for a second time, until the skin is crispy and remove the oil.

9. Put some oil in the wok, pour in the broken egg and stir fry until the oil is bubbling.

10. Add prawn balls and stir fry so that each prawn ball is coated with minced egg yolk.

Tips:

1. Salted egg yolks need to be thawed 6-8 hours in advance before use.
