Golden Sesame Cake

The pumpkin is steamed and stirred into a puree; add glutinous rice and maltose to the pumpkin puree, mix well and knead, let stand for 30 minutes

Take the kneaded dough and knead it into a round and flatten the round shape. Dip the coconut and sesame seeds on both sides of the pumpkin pie. Heat the pumpkin pie in a frying pan and fry until golden on both sides.

Note: After the pumpkin is in the small pot, fry it on a low heat and turn it over frequently.
