Golden Shrimp Balls

Prepare ingredients: shrimp, lean pork, potatoes, fungus, ginger slices, green onion, June fresh special grade soy sauce;

After washing the shrimp, pork lean meat, fungus, ginger slices, and green onions, chop them separately and mix them together;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, June fresh special grade soy sauce to the meat filling, and stir well;

Peel the potatoes, wash and shred them, soak them in water for a while;

Brush the steaming bowl with appropriate amount of vegetable oil to prevent sticking;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
