Golden Soup Long Liyu

Prepare the raw materials;

Cut the pumpkin into slices and put it in a small bowl, put it in a microwave oven on medium-high heat for three minutes;

Use an electric mixer to mix into a puree;

Cut the dragon fish diagonally into slices, add salt and water starch;

Catch evenly with your hands to make the fish fillets transparent;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add the cabbage leaves and stir fry;

Add a little salt until the cabbage leaves are soft, and put the fried cabbage leaves into a bowl;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add yellow chili sauce and chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry;

Add the prepared pumpkin puree and stir fry together;

Add appropriate amount of water and white vinegar and cook;

Add the marinated fish fillets and add them one by one;

Cook for one or two minutes until the fish fillets are white, then add some salt to taste, and add white vinegar again;

Put the cooked fish fillets and the soup into a bowl filled with cabbage;

Finally add the chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Add seasonings such as salt and water starch to the fish fillets. Grab them with your hands until the fish fillets are transparent;
2. The side dishes can be matched by yourself, but it must be pre-processed, blanched or fried first;
3. Heat a pan, add a little oil, sauté the yellow pepper and the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, then pour the pumpkin puree, add water, and cook for a while, then add some white vinegar;
4 Put the fish fillets one by one to avoid sticking together. When the fish fillets are white, add a little salt and other seasonings, and then add some white vinegar;
5. Finally, put the cooked fish fillets and the soup into a bowl with side dishes, and then add chopped green onions; I personally prefer light, if you like a strong flavor, you can pour a spoon of hot oil on the green onions.
