Golden Soup Sea Cucumber

Cut the sea cucumber longitudinally from the abdomen, remove the tip of the sea cucumber, and rinse the inner wall of the sea cucumber. The five tendons in the inner wall of the sea cucumber belly do not need to be removed, it is edible and rich in nutrients.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, steam the pumpkin and make a puree, and set aside the stock.

Wash the broccoli and blanch it for later use.

Put the stock into the pot, add sliced ginger and green onion.

Add the sea cucumber and simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the sea cucumber and scallion ginger together, put the sea cucumber into a bowl, discard the scallion and ginger, and leave the stock in the pot.
