Prepare a bowl, mix the marinade together and put the pig into the bowl and mix well (it is recommended to let it stand for 5-10 minutes to help it taste).

Prepare a large bowl, pour the bread flour into the bowl, then put the mixed pork into the bread flour, press it with the palm of your hand repeatedly, until both sides of the pork chop are covered with bread flour.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, after the temperature rises (turn to medium and low heat), drain the pig into the oil and fry it until golden on both sides.
