Golden Yam Strips

Use iron stick yam, which is very soft and delicate after steaming, suitable for the elderly to eat

Wash the yam and golden melon, remove the seeds of the pumpkin, steam it in a basket, and steam for 20 minutes

Take the required amount of steamed pumpkin and put it into the food processor

Stir into a delicate paste

Tips:
I peeled the yam after steaming it, or I can peel it and cut it into sections and steam it directly. I think steaming with the skin retains the nutrients better, so I did this.
