Good for A Century: Stir-fried Shrimps with Celery and Lily

Ingredients: celery, fresh lily, red pepper, shrimp, egg white 1/2
Seasoning: ginger slices, salt, chicken essence, water starch, a little sugar.

Wash celery to remove the roots, cut into sections with an oblique knife; cut off the roots of lily, break into small petals, and wash; wash and slice red peppers.
