[good Life] Fried Oysters

Wash the oyster shell first

Without professional oyster opening tools, I had to boil it in water and pry open the shell.

Take out the oyster meat and clean it. I make a lot of it, so I freeze it in the refrigerator

The frozen meat is not as fresh as it was just opened, so it is marinated with red wine

Pour in red wine, salt and pepper and marinate for half an hour

Dip with dry starch
