Goose Blood Cake

Add salt to fresh goose blood.

Soak the glutinous rice for more than half an hour in advance

Prepare corn flour.

Add corn flour to fresh goose blood, mix well and set aside.

The soaked glutinous rice is steamed on a bamboo basket.

Take the steamed glutinous rice out of the basket

Pour the glutinous rice into the goose blood corn flour and mix well.

After mixing, steam again in a bamboo basket for 20 minutes.

Prepare the ground peanuts

Slice the steamed goose blood cake for later use, and sprinkle the ground peanuts on the blood cake when you eat it.
Tips:
When steaming blood cake, you must be willing to waste a piece of steamed cloth. After the blood cake is steamed, the cloth will not be washed white.
