Goose Gizzards Fried Plum Beans

Ingredients: plum beans (picked and washed)

Cooked goose gizzards (sliced)

Chopped pepper

Boil the plum beans in boiling water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the blanched plum peas and the sliced cooked goose gizzards, put in an appropriate amount of chopped peppers and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
