Fried Rice with Egg, Ham and Plum Beans

1. Ingredients: plum beans (washed, chopped and boiled), ham sausage (chopped), eggs (beaten into a bowl), rice

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

3. Beat into egg liquid.

4. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add egg mixture and stir fry into cubes.

5. Then, combine the rice, blanched plum beans and sliced ham and stir fry.

6. Then, add 1 tablespoon of salt.

7. Saute and stir well, serve.
