Stir-fried Chili and Plum Bean Shreds

Ingredients: plum peas, sharp pepper.

Remove the ribs on both sides of the Meidou, wash and cut into silk.

Remove the stems of the peppers, wash and cut into shreds.

Meidou must be fried.
