Fried Kewei Shrimp with Plum Beans

Ingredients: Jiwei shrimp (cleaned), plum beans (picked and washed)

Pour the picked and washed plum beans into a pot of water, blanch until cooked, remove.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the saucepan to heat up, add the cleaned Jiwei shrimp, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
