Plum Bean Shreds with Cold Dressing

Choose fresh plum beans, and remove the tendons and ends on both sides

Put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch until cooked (you can take out one and use your fingernails to squeeze it through)

Tips:
Old oil is the cooked oil that has been fried once, and raw plum beans are poisonous, so they must be cooked before eating.
