Gordon's Scrambled Eggs

Prepare ingredients

Sliced onion

Put tomatoes and onions in a pot and fry on medium-low heat

Add the eggs and butter directly to another pot, no need to beat the eggs, and no need to melt the butter or heat the oil in advance

Heat over medium heat, stir the egg liquid gently, then turn off the heat and stir, then turn on the heat, and then off the heat, heating back and forth to avoid overcooking. This process can be completed in about 2~3 minutes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste
