Gorgon Crucian Fish Soup

Prepare the ingredients used.

For crucian carp, scrape the back of the fish, clean the inside of the fish, and marinate it with a little salt.

Heat two pots, a frying pan, and a boiling pan. Add water to the boiling pan and bring to a boil.

Add oil to the frying pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant. Fry the fish until both sides are crispy and yellow.

Tips:
The fish should be scraped slowly with a knife on both sides, it will scrape off a lot of black sticky things, that is the most fishy substance.
