Gorgon Medlar and White Fungus Soup

Prepare white fungus, gorgon, rock sugar, and wolfberry.

Soak the white fungus in advance, wash and tear small flowers for later use.

Pour the white fungus into a rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of cold water, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Wash the gorgon, pour it into the white fungus, and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Add medlar and cook for 5 minutes.

Put the stewed white fungus soup in a bowl and serve warm.
Tips:
1. The Gorgon I bought is relatively fresh and can be boiled without soaking hair.
2. Gorgon has a strong astringent effect. It is not suitable for people with dry stools, bloating and parturients.
3. Don't eat too much Gorgon at one time, it is not good for the spleen and stomach, and it is difficult to digest.
