Gorgon, Peanut, Red Date Congee

Prepare rice, gorgon, peanuts, red dates, and medlar.

Wash the ginseng and red dates with water and soak a little.
3.
Wash the peanuts and pour it into a rice cooker; add some cold water and simmer for 30 minutes.
4.
Pour in red dates and gorgon, and simmer for 30 minutes.
5.
Pour in the washed rice and simmer for 20 minutes; add medlar.
6.
Add sugar to the cooked rice porridge or serve with side dishes.
