Gorgon Red Bean Hen Soup

Wash and chop the chicken into chunks

Soak the mushrooms for use

Wash the gorgon red beans and set aside

Chicken nuggets, shiitake mushrooms, ginseng red beans, ginger slices, cooking wine and appropriate amount of water are put into a pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes. After the pan is out, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
