Gourd and Peanut Soup

Soak the peanuts in water for two hours.

The soaked peanuts are beaten into peanut syrup with a food processor.

Peel the gourd and wash it.
4.
Cut the washed gourd into shreds and set aside.

Pour the beaten peanut paste into a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water to boil.

When cooking the peanut soup, stir it with a spoon constantly to avoid muddying the pot.
7.
After the peanut soup is boiled, add the sliced gourd shreds and cook for five minutes.

The gourd is cooked and seasoned with appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
1. Use the tip of your tongue to taste the bitterness before eating the gourd. If there is bitterness, you cannot eat it.
2. Peanuts contain a lot of oil, so this dish should not be oiled, it is mainly light and sweet.
