Right now is a good season to eat pumpkins. The taste of pumpkins is sweet, delicious and rich in nutrients. Speaking of its methods, it is really diverse and numerous to mention. 1. Black rice is washed several times, and then soaked for two or three hours; (black rice is harder to cook than ordinary rice)

2. Wash and peel the pumpkin together, remember to buy the top part of the big pumpkin;

3. Then cross it from the middle and cut into four pieces, each piece is about 8 cm long in length;

8. First brush a layer of cooking oil on the nest-shaped deep dish or bowl, and then put the pumpkin strips as shown in the picture, the spacing should be moderate;

Tips:
