Gourd Buns

Freshly picked gourds and carrots

Carrots are simmered in boiling water and chopped

Peel the gourd, remove the flesh, shredded, chop the green onion and ginger, and put them together

Add edible oil and mix well, then add salt and five spice powder and mix well

The yeast is dissolved in warm water and added to the noodles little by little

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1-2 hours

Cover the cage with water, put it in clean water, boil the water on high heat and steam for 25 minutes, stuffing for 2-3 minutes

Tips:
The first time you put the filling, you need to pinch the two skins together. The filling on the top is less than the bottom, and it is easier to show the shape of the gourd.
