The gourd stuffed gourd buns are delicious to eat. Fresh gourd, add a carrot, fresh ingredients, fresh way of eating, so delicious that you can’t stop.

Gourd Buns

1. Freshly picked gourds and carrots

2. Carrots are simmered in boiling water and chopped

3. Peel the gourd, remove the flesh, shredded, chop the green onion and ginger, and put them together

4. Add edible oil and mix well, then add salt and five spice powder and mix well

5. The yeast is dissolved in warm water and added to the noodles little by little

6. Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1-2 hours

7. Send to 2 times the size (this is what I kneaded)

10. The leather is rolled out to be thick in the middle and thin in the periphery

11. Take a leather and fold it in half

12. Folded in half into a triangle

16. Pinch and fold the two leathers together, the same as usual buns

17. After squeezing it, turn the bottom leather over to the top

18. The stuffing on the top is less than the stuffing on the bottom

19. Squeeze them one by one and close the mouth

20. Cover the cage with water, put it in clean water, boil the water on high heat and steam for 25 minutes, stuffing for 2-3 minutes

Tips:

The first time you put the filling, you need to pinch the two skins together. The filling on the top is less than the bottom, and it is easier to show the shape of the gourd.
