Gourd Noodles

Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the seeds and slice it.

Add oil to the pot, heat and add garlic slices

Saute the garlic slices, add the pumpkin slices and stir fry.

There is a slight burnt color on the side of the pumpkin. Add water to the pumpkin. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer.

Simmer for 10 minutes, shovel the pumpkin with a spatula, and add salt.

Tips:
1. Cut the pumpkin thinly, it is easier to rot when stewed;
2. There is no need to put too much salt, the sweetness of pumpkin itself is very beautiful;
3. For green leafy vegetables, it is better to choose vegetables that are easy to ripen, such as spinach, lettuce, and cabbage.
