Gradient Matcha Pearl Almond Milk

Prepare materials. Boil the water, add the pearls, float, reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat, simmer for 30 minutes, and rinse off the mucus on the surface.

Clean the rice and put it in the cup of the soymilk maker.

Wash the almonds and pour them into the cup of the soymilk maker.

Pour in water to the 900ml mark and add rock sugar.

Close the lid and turn on the soymilk machine. If you are directly operating on the machine, select the "Hot Drink Area-Rice Paste" button to start, and it will take 25 minutes. If you operate on the mobile phone APP, select "Graduated Matcha Pearl Just start the "almond milk" recipe and make it for 25 minutes.

When the working time is up, turn off the power. Divide the almond milk into two portions and set aside.

Tips:
1. You can also pour in honey at the end instead of rock sugar.
