Granule Orange Whole Wheat Muffin

1. Ingredients: 100 grams of whole wheat flour, 1 orange, 30 grams of corn oil, 1 egg, 40 grams of milk, 30 grams of caster sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

2. Wash the oranges, peel off the orange peel, remove the white film from the orange flesh, and pull it loose as possible.

6. Add orange zest and mix well.

The amount of oranges can be adjusted according to your preferences.
If you don’t like pure whole wheat flour, you can replace some whole wheat flour with low-gluten flour if you want.
