Grapefruit Glutinous Rice
1.
The glutinous rice and white fungus are soaked in the evening (ignore my black white fungus! I soaked with black rice last night).
2.
The jujube is pitted and chopped, the longan meat is chopped, and the white fungus is torn into small pieces.
3.
Take out the grapefruit peel, add sugar to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4.
Boil the water into the grapefruit peel for 3 minutes, and squeeze the water twice to remove the astringency.
5.
Arrange the pomelo peel.
6.
Put in glutinous rice and use chopsticks to insert a little hole to make it easier to steam.
7.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, put it on the steaming grid, put in the glutinous rice, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat for 25 minutes.
8.
A plate of fragrant glutinous rice with pomelo peel is steamed.
9.
Full of grapefruit fragrance.
Tips:
The glutinous rice and white fungus must be soaked the day before, otherwise it will not be steamed.
