Grapefruit Mixed with Loofah

Main and auxiliary materials: loofah, grapefruit.

Peel the grapefruit and take the pellets.
3.
Peel the loofah, wash and cut into strips.
4.
Boil water in a pot, add the loofah sticks and blanch them until cooked.

After removing it, add half of the grapefruit grains.

Add salt and sugar, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes to taste.

Put the pickled loofah sticks on the plate and put the other half of the grapefruit diced. Mix well and serve.
Tips:
Put some grapefruit and loofah to pickle together to make the loofah taste like grapefruit. After the final pomelo diced and the loofah are mixed well, the taste is better.
