Greek Yogurt in Bread Bowl
1.
After sterilizing the container, use 500g milk + 0.5g yogurt bacteria powder to ferment to become yogurt
2.
Pour the curdled yogurt in a whey filter and put it in the refrigerator overnight
3.
After filtering out most of the whey, the yogurt becomes thick Greek yogurt. Transfer the Greek yogurt to the crisper and store it in the refrigerator.
4.
Put water, salt, whole wheat flour, high-gluten flour, and yeast into the inner bucket of the bread machine, start custom kneading for 25 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and malleable
5.
Place the dough in the bread machine, close the lid of the bread machine, and let it rest for 30 minutes
6.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes
7.
Brush the back of the pudding cup with melted butter
8.
If you don’t have a pudding cup, you can use this continuous mold
9.
Take a small dough and roll it into a circle
10.
Cover the dough on the inverted pudding cup, press gently to make the dough fit the mold
11.
After all the dough is shaped, cover it with plastic wrap or put it in a closed space (I put it in a fermentation tank). Let stand for 10-20 minutes until the dough looks slightly swollen. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius when starting to rest the dough
12.
Put the dough into the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes. Then you can take out the bread and put it on the grill to cool
13.
Transfer to the right amount of Greek yogurt
14.
Sprinkle with diced fruit or oatmeal. This yogurt and bread do not use sugar. I think the original taste is already very good. If you need a little sweetness, then squeeze some honey on the surface. A delicious bread bowl with Greek yogurt is ready
Tips:
Very, very delicious little bowl, don’t really think it is just a prop, remember to eat the little bowl in the end~
