Green and White Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash and shred the radishes, and chopped green onions.

Pour oil in the pot and turn on a low fire.
3.
Add the chopped green onion and radish to the oil and stir fry until fragrant.
4.
Pour in clean water.
5.
Add salt and bring to high heat.
6.
Cut the tofu into small pieces.
7.
Add tofu and boil.
8.
Add some coriander leaves before serving.
9.
Finished product.
Tips:
The amount of salt is added according to your taste. You can also add chicken essence and other flavors you like. Green radish can be replaced with cabbage and other vegetables you like. I suggest you try the green radish.
Try to make it as little as possible once and finish it. It is not recommended to save it for the next time.
