Green Bamboo Shoots Chicken Balls

Peel and dice green bamboo shoots; wash and dice chicken thighs, add Haitian light salt soy sauce, white pepper powder and a little cooking wine to marinate.

Heat oil in a pot, add the diced chicken thighs and scatter them out.
