Green Bean Corn Carrot Quiche

Wash green beans and corn and set aside. Cut carrots into small pieces.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little water, sift in the flour, add salt to the salty ones, add sugar to the sweet ones, and beat them into a batter.

Brush the electric baking pan or pan with a little oil and heat it up.
4.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and spread it evenly, sprinkle the green beans, corn, carrots on top, cover with a lid, and fry until cooked.
